Guidelines

We would like to point out some basic guidelines for our role players. 

1. Respect for everybody in the group is a must. Inside drama will not be tolerated!
2. You must have background knowledge of the Anne of Green Gables movies and/or novels.
3. You must tweet to the best of your ability with proper spelling and grammar. You also must stay relevant to the time period. Not doing so will cause too much confusion for other role players and our general audience.
4. You must keep a meaningful profile photo, biography and header on your role play account.
5. Please make sure you take the time to follow all of our official characters and our administrative account (@AOGG_Roleplay)
6. We absolutely encourage creativity and love to see made up scenes that don't occur in the Anne movies/novels. However, we would ask for any drastic ideas of change in the story line to be approved by our administration first. Again, this is only to avoid confusion with other role players and the audience.
7. If you would like to change your account password, please message us first. We like to keep track of all of the account passwords. This is simply so that if you for some reason ever left the group, we could keep the account and hand it over to the new role player, rather than starting one over from scratch.
8. Please be aware that on occasion our characters like to tweet with the Road to Avonlea Role Play Group (@RoadToAvonleaRP). This is not a requirement if you aren't acquainted with the series, as we are two separate role play groups.
9. We are now accepting OC's! (Original Characters.) If you are interested in creating your own original character for Avonlea (that is still relevant to the time period) then please contact our administration and let us know!

Note: Failure to comply by these rules will result in a warning and may lead to account expulsion.
